1. General Terms and Conditions of LH Hotels & Resorts s.r.o.
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions govern the terms of bookings made via the websites of LH Hotels & Resorts s.r.o.
1.2. By visiting and browsing our website, using it and making a booking, you confirm that you have read the terms and conditions set out below, that you understand them and that you agree to them.
1.3. Service Provider
The provider of accommodation and related services under these terms and conditions is:

registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File No. 280561
(hereinafter referred to as “LHHR”).
1.4. LH Hotels & Resorts s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as “LHHR”) is registered at Římská
103/12, 120 00 Prague 2, Vinohrady. All correspondence should be sent to the above
address.
1.5. By making a booking via the LHHR hotels’ websites, you enter into a direct (legally
binding) contractual relationship. For this reason, you confirm and declare that you have
legal capacity and are over 18 years of age, that you accept responsibility for all payments made
in your name or via your credit/debit card, and that the information you have
provided is true and correct.
1.6. All orders placed by you shall be deemed an expression of your free will
to purchase the requested services available in the LHHR hotel portfolio. Your
order shall not be contractually binding until it has been confirmed by the hotel or
the LHHR sales department and until payment of the advance invoice or
a payment card guarantee for the accommodation has been made.
2. Types of bookings
2.1. Two types of booking can be made on the hotels’ websites
a) a standard booking with the option to cancel free of charge 24 hours prior to arrival
b) a non-refundable booking with no option to cancel or receive a refund.
2.2. Standard bookings with the option to cancel may be amended or cancelled in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms
, depending on the selected dates.
2.3. For non-refundable bookings, changes or cancellations may be made, but the price already paid for the booking cannot
be refunded. Unlike standard bookings, these bookings always
offer a discounted rate, and this discounted rate is conditional upon immediate payment of a deposit
via the customer’s credit/debit card at the time the booking is made.
3. Making an online booking
3.1. When making an online booking via the LHHR hotels’ websites, you must complete the
booking form with all the required details regarding your stay (selection of the desired
hotel, dates of stay, number of guests, number of rooms and, if applicable, a discount code) and then click on
BOOK. You will then be taken to a page where you can book a specific room type,
based on price and payment terms. In the next step, you will be redirected to a page where you fill in the
booking form and must enter your credit/debit card details.
There are two payment options to choose from:
a) a discounted rate for
non-refundable bookings with immediate payment via your credit/debit card
b) standard booking – payment at the hotel reception; credit/debit card details are provided in
the form solely for the purpose of guaranteeing your accommodation. Once you have finalised and submitted
your booking, you will receive a booking confirmation containing all the detailed
information about your reservation.
3.2. If you choose immediate prepayment via
credit/debit card as your payment method, the hotel will charge the booking amount to the
credit/debit card specified in the booking upon receipt of the order. If the booking is to be paid for
using a third-party credit/debit card – i.e. the guests staying at the hotel will not have the credit/debit
card used for payment with them – please contact the hotel reception by email so that we
can send you a link to a secure payment gateway where the payment can be made.
3.3. If the payment authorisation is successful, you will receive a confirmation email together with your
booking confirmation and invoice. If you do not receive the confirmation email or if you have any queries,
please contact our reservations department or the reception at the relevant hotel’s email address.

4. Changes to bookings
4.1. All booking changes (change of name, booking date, hotel, room type, etc.)
must be made in writing by emailing the reception of the relevant hotel; contact details can be found on the
websites of the individual hotels. The requested changes will be confirmed to you. Should
it not be possible to make the requested change, you will be informed of this
by email.
5. Prices
5.1. On our website, we always state the average price per room/night and the total price
for the stay. When making a booking, you can select the currency in which
you wish to pay via the booking form. We accept payments in CZK and EUR; for any other currencies, please
contact the hotel reception.
5.2. Payment by credit/debit card can be made in CZK and EUR; for any
other currencies, please contact the hotel reception.
5.3. Exchange rates are set daily and are based on the rates of the Czech National Bank (ČNB). Information regarding the exchange rate and the total
price in CZK charged to your credit/debit card is always stated on the invoice, which
you will receive as an attachment to the confirmation email.
6. Payment Terms
6.1. The payment method depends on the type of booking selected, and payment terms are always stated
in the booking form.
6.2. For standard bookings with the option to cancel 1 day before arrival, payment is made directly
at the hotel reception. When paying at the hotel reception, we require clients to provide their credit/debit card number, including the expiry date, to guarantee
accommodation. We only verify this
card and carry out a so-called pre-authorisation of the credit/debit card for the amount of 1 CZK. Pre-authorisation refers to
the blocking of the amount on the credit/debit card for a limited period of approximately 14 days (the duration of the block depends on
the terms and conditions of the credit/debit card issuer); it does not involve the actual withdrawal of the relevant
amount from the client’s credit/debit card.
6.3. For bookings without the option of cancellation or a refund, immediate payment
from the client’s credit/debit card is required. The amount for accommodation is debited from the credit/debit card specified
in the booking by the hotel reception directly at the hotel’s payment terminal.
7. Cancellation Policy
7.1. By making a booking, you accept the relevant cancellation terms in the event of a no-show
or late cancellation.
7.2. All cancellations or changes to a booking must be made in writing via email and
sent to the reception address of the relevant hotel. Your cancellation or change to the booking will be confirmed to you
in writing. This confirmation will also state any contractual penalty, in accordance with
the applicable cancellation terms.
7.3. For standard bookings with the option of free cancellation 24 hours prior to arrival and payment
at the hotel reception, no contractual penalty will be charged if the booking is cancelled by 6.00 pm at the latest, 24 hours prior
to arrival. In the event of cancellation after this deadline
or in the event of a no-show, you will be charged a contractual penalty amounting to 100% of the price of accommodation and
any other services booked for the first night.
7.4. For non-refundable bookings with immediate payment on the day the booking
is made, if you change or cancel your booking, or in the event of a no-show, you will
be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking price.
CANCELLATION TERMS:
• Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival: no contractual penalty•
5–7 days: a contractual penalty of 50% of the total booking
price• 2–4 days – contractual penalty of 75% of the total booking
price• 1 day before arrival – contractual penalty of 100% of the total booking
price• No-show – contractual penalty of 100% of the total booking price
8. Complaints and compensation
8.1. If you have a complaint about the quality of accommodation or reservations regarding the services provided, please try to
resolve the matter immediately on site with reception or the hotel management and allow them to rectify the situation as quickly as
possible.
8.2. If it is not possible to resolve the issue on site, please send your complaint to
recepce@rozmberskydvur.cz no later than 10 days from the date of your return. Your complaint will
be investigated and any compensation will be proposed in accordance with the applicable rules set out in
the relevant legislation.
LH Hotels & resorts s.r.o. reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. It is
your responsibility to check the wording of these terms and conditions regularly before each booking
and to familiarise yourself with any changes.
